Laughing Waters

 Laughing waters is a spacious bed-sitting room furnished in New England style. Double bed with American patchwork quilt, two sofas, lots of cushions and scatter rugs.

Maple furnishings, little black stove and radiators. Ensuite shower room with storage and every facility. There is a LCD Television with freeview,  DVD, CD Player and Radio.

Hospitality area with teas, coffees and plates & cutlery for your picnics. Large refrigerator on verandah.

 

A Picnic Barbeque area known as ‘The Ranch House’. Decking, hardwood furniture and a Patio Heater front a large undercover cooking area with a Gas BBQ. All for your private enjoyment.

Laughing Waters nestles in its own private valley with steps down to the stream.

You have your own garden and woodland in which to relax. A view from your verandah and then down the steps to the stream.
