The Accommodation is arranged to ensure privacy and luxury service. Guests arrive to find a Welcome Trug of organic homemade Devon Fudge, sparkling wine and fruit in their room.
BREAKFAST is included in the Accommodation price. Menus are extensive and offer a Full Traditional or Vegetarian Breakfast.

We are a minimum Two night Booking
We regret No children. We are a No smoking house and we do not accept pets. We are not licensed but guests are welcome to bring their own wine, to enjoy in their own rooms or beside the pool.
Reservation Conditions
Bookings can be made by credit card or cheque and we ask for a £50.00 non-returnable deposit. Please remember that a booking is a legal contract and we have to charge for the accommodation if you cancel unless it is re-booked. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance and we will supply details. Final accounts can be settled by credit card but regrettably we do have to pass on the Banks commission charge. We carry the bank charges on a deposit made by credit card.
